Renovation Success
Diving into a home renovation is possibly one of the largest investments you might ever make. We understand that and approach the process with the utmost care. Renovations are not as easy to predict as a new build, and we explain this from the beginning of the process. With a new build, the changes that will occur will be brought on by the owner. With a renovation, we basically are discovering what we are working with as we dismantle the home. Either way, we ensure that your home comes out with an ‘after’ shot looking like this. There previous kitchen was 90’s country style. Now, it is a sleek and modern galley kitchen with a beautiful waterfall countertop. We are definitely in love with how it all came together. The countertop material is actually a new material for us and we highly recommend it, it’s called Dekton. We talked a bit about it on the portfolio page for this project here. The bifold doors that now make up the exterior wall of the kitchen are a game changer. This home has such a perfect backyard for entertaining, and now the flow from the kitchen into the outdoor kitchen and patio makes entertaining much more desirable. Bring on the barbecues! When the homeowners bought this home, they had some ideas of what parts of the home that they wanted to emphasize. The fireplace was definitely one of them. It’s now the first feature you notice when you walk in the door. Night & Day! Although the before photo had awful lighting, you can still see that even with lights on, it was necessary to get rid of that wall and open up the space.
