Greg Hasler

Before Hasler Homes Ltd, Natalie worked full time as a dental hygienist for a well known Lynn Valley Dental office. As she was pursuing her first career, Natalie began working alongside her husband, renovating the homes they were living in in order to sell. Multiple flips later, and they started Hasler Homes Ltd, a north shore construction company. She spent her evenings working as a bookkeeper for Hasler Homes Ltd, and then eventually left her dental hygiene career to help grow the company alongside Greg. During this period, Greg and Natalie had two boys: Jacob and Owen. They have since moved and settled in Lynn Valley to raise their kids. In her spare time, Natalie enjoys her days off with the kids, cheering them on at baseball, exercising and enjoying outdoor activities.

Craig Smith brings over 30 years of project and site management experience in construction and real estate to now joining Team Hasler and is deeply respected within the industry, making him an incredible asset and resource for the company. He is always ready to encourage a team environment and enjoys bringing workers and trades together to explore their talents and encourage growth and responsibility. Craig has been the senior construction manager on some of Vancouver’s most complex and challenging residential construction projects. Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Urban Land Economics from UBC, and has completed numerous courses in the Architectural Technology program at BCIT.
A class act by any measure, Craig is known as a highly knowledgeable professional and a great communicator, but most important to us, he’s personable – our clients love him, and know he’ll go above and beyond the call of duty for them.

Cameron brings 30 years of experience to the Hasler Team.
Starting his construction career at a young age as a laborer in the summer of grade 11 and gaining carpentry experience every summer while attending University. After University, he worked as a carpenter timber framing in Whistler and the North Shore. Eventually, site work lead to him taking a position as a site superintendent gaining experience working with directing and trades. Through circumstance, he started working as a project manager. He has now worked for fifteen years as a project manager on custom residential homes in North Shore and Vancouver.
When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife & four children, skiing, and sailing.

Brady Hudson, Project Coordinator, went into the construction industry straight out of high school by going through BCIT’s Building and Construction Management Programs. He has always loved to figure out how things are built and each custom home provides new details to execute.
Kieran McKenna

Kieran has been involved in the construction industry for over a decade, starting with a cabinetry apprenticeship program in high school and later moving into renovations and new construction. Throughout his career, Kieran has worked on projects in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Bowen Island, specializing in framing, interior finishing, and siding.
One thing that Kieran loves about this industry is the sense of accomplishment that comes with seeing a project come to life and fruition. Because of this, he is constantly striving to improve and learn new techniques in order to deliver the highest quality craftsmanship to his clients.
Kieran finds great enjoyment in the challenges and rewards that the construction industry brings and he is grateful to contribute to the creation of beautiful and functional homes for our clients.

Fabio Pace is a red seal carpenter with over 12 years of experience in building homes from the ground up. Originally a red seal heavy-duty mechanic, he switched careers and started as a general labourer in carpentry. Quickly moving his way up the ranks, he was highly regarded for his expertise in forming and framing. While working at multiple sites around the lower mainland, Gulf Islands, Sunshine Coast and BC’s interior, he studied at BCIT for his red seal. He is meticulous, dedicated and genuinely loves carpentry. During his spare time, he likes to renovate his own home, camp, travel and spend time with his family.

Jesse was born in Ontario, and lived in different places across Canada since he landed in B.C. at the age of 14. When Jesse was 17, he worked with his girlfriend’s father, who owned a prefab warehouse and that was how he got his foot in the door of home building. Since he’s lived in various cities in B.C., one of his favourite parts of home building is being able to drive all over and see projects that he’s been a part of. Seeing the homeowners happy with the end product is always a great feeling. When he’s not at work, Jesse enjoys sports hockey, softball, golf, camping, wakeboarding, and travelling around North America.

Joel Recio, with 12 years of experience, transitioned from corporate sales to thrive in the construction industry. Specializing in custom single-family homes since 2012, he finds joy in bringing clients’ dreams to life and witnessing tangible results. Joel values the evolving industry, relishing the learning curve. At HH, he appreciates the exceptional company culture and the sense of family among colleagues. Outside of work, Joel enjoys sports, especially golf and hockey, and spending quality time with his wife Ashley, and creating memories with their cat Bogey.

Transitioning to rural carpentry, he passionately builds custom homes, flips properties, and undertakes renovations, finding fulfillment in realizing clients’ dreams. Devoted to continual learning, Jordan thrives on team collaboration and engaging projects that make him an integral part of the company. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys hiking, swimming, skateboarding, and snowboarding, complemented by diverse side projects that showcase his creativity and zest for exploration.

Ian Parker, our Head Finishing Carpenter, boasts 9 years of dedicated service, having completed his entire apprenticeship at BCIT under Hasler. As one of our longest-tenured employees, Ian takes pride in bringing plans to life. In his role as lead finisher, he meticulously adds the final touches, ensuring perfection before project handoff. Outside work, Ian finds joy in golf, running, travel, and cherished moments with his wife, Jess, and loyal companion, Toby.
