Driver
Driving for a construction company is great entry level position that allows for the driver to experience different aspects of the day to day happenings of the sites, the company, and how the company works as a whole.

Labourer
Labourers are an integral part of a job site running smoothly. Some tasks might seam menial and repetative but without them being done by someone with a strong work ethic, the entire project will be held back.

Carpenter Apprentice
A carpenter’s apprentice is someone who wishes to become a carpenter. The candidate must already has some experience working on a construction site. The program is 4 years and the process requires time spent on the job site, then supplemented by in school training. At Hasler Homes, we work with Industry Training Authority (ITA) to support this process.

Carpenter
A carpenters job on the site can vary from day to day. They need to be able read and follow blueprints for the job, and use a variety of tools and devices to ensure the job is done right.
What do you need?
- B.C. Certificate of Apprenticeship | B.C. Certificate of Qualification | Interprovincial Standard Endorsement aka Red Seal
- strong work ethic
- flexible to move amongst different job sites when needed
Foreman
A foreman is the leader of a job site. In this position, you responsible for, but not limited to: scheduling, workforce planning, coordinating, supervising, assisting in cost control, ensuring safety and productivity of the crews. Communication skills is key because they are also the main connection between the contractor, other contractors, the company, and the client.
What does a foreman need?
