Under the Katsura tree, nestled on a quiet street on Vancouver’s North Shore, now stands a beautiful modern farmhouse. One home renovation later, a lovely family is now settled in their dream home.
When our clients found this spacious property in their desired neighbourhood, they knew they had to snatch it up and build their dream home. They went to local architect, Robert Blaney, to redesign, basically, rebuild this dated home. He took their ideas, and designed a beautiful modern farmhouse. Meanwhile the owners, being in the industry themselves, designed a cozy interior with all the personality traits of a busy family who loves spending time together at home. The anchor to all of this, the Katsura tree that towers over the property, creating windows full of changing leaves, and shade in the summer when the kids are playing.CURB APPEAL.
