Edgemont in Gray Magazine || April 2019 Issue
Gray Magazine knows good design when they see it. When we started working with Vanessa Stark of Chambers and Stark Design Studio we knew we were embarking on a special project. The owners were ready to transform their beloved family home into a more modern version of itself. We worked closely with the designer and homeowners to ensure that the intregity of the original home would not be lost in the redesign. That included keeping the open beam ceiling, but replacing it with a lighter wood, and white beams. We then added skylights to give more natural light to the space. The kitchen island turned out to be the highlight of the home, everyone loves those copper pendants against the black kitchen.
Team Hasler did such a quality job bring this vision a reality. Working with designers who have a clear vision makes what we do as custom home builders a smoother process. In her conversation with Gray Mag, you can tell Vanessa knew what she was doing from the start. Edgemont is even a finalist in the home renovation category for the National Awards for Housing Excellence.
