2022 is looking good at Hasler Homes!

As leaders in the industry, our team is known for building custom dream homes. As Greg mentioned in his recent interview with Mike Holmes, him and our Team are passionate about what they build . We are so grateful to have taken on a handful of beautiful and unique custom homes this year. We can’t share much but we thought a peek at what others are doing, might provide some inspiration to others.

As some may know, residential construction definitely keeps a company on their toes. While we are in the midst of current projects, planning with new clients, and we also focused on the future with potential clients. That means, some days start out with meetings with clients and architects, discussing plans, and then quickly pivot to being on site with homeowners approving change orders. As enthusiastic as we are about our current projects underway, we wanted to take some time to share some of our upcoming homes. We are looking forward to 2022 and another year of bringing some beautiful homes to life.

Braeside

Our Team’s first built on Burnaby Mountain has made for some beautiful mornings up above the water. This custom designed home was created by Synthesis Design, another North Van based company. We’ve had the best experience over the past couple months working with the Synthesis team and are looking forward to bringing this project to the finish line. It will boast beautiful views of the North Shore.Design | Synthesis Design

Coveside

The name says it all. We are just about to break ground on this waterfront property in Deep Cove. This traditional but unique design was created by a North Vancouverite himself, Robert Blaney. Being familiar with Deep Cove was key in designing this home, being that is directly on the water, that had to be taken into account with its design. We’re looking forward to sharing more of this build in the months to come.

Origami

Architect, Robert Blaney, was given a unique request. His clients wanted Westcoast Modern Japanese. In his rendering, you notice touches of burnt wood and gardens complete with ponds and pool. In their efforts to capture the feeling our clients are seeking, they’ve even designed the windows on the stairwell extrusion as ‘origami’. Nevermind all of the vast windows that will bring the beauty of the Westcoast trees into this home as living art. This beautiful Edgemont Village home will break ground later this year, and Sophie Burke will be designing the interior. Team Hasler is honoured to bring this project to life.

Tree House

A true Westcoast home in the forest, a literal treehouse. Architect, Richard Blagborne, has worked all over the world. This time, he’s taken a property below Grouse Mountain that soon will be home to an architecturally pleasing home in the forest. These homeowners will have a maximum connection with nature, perched in the trees, windows from end to end.
